Ian Grundy

Ian Grundy
Managing Director

Ian Grundy is the founder of Citrus Public Relations and has over 20 years experience in international corporate communications. He has held senior positions in Singapore, New York and Zurich, and is an expert in international media relations, event management, crisis management situations and sponsorship.

Until 2007, Ian was Head of Public Relations & Global Partnerships for The Adecco Group – the world’s largest human resources organization. Based in Zurich, Switzerland, he had responsibility for global communications, sponsorship platforms (sport and business related) and was also part of the brand team that led the company through a global brand repositioning. He also directed several global CSR related initiatives.

Having begun his public relations career in the late eighties with an independent advertising and PR firm in the UK, Ian has a passion for ‘new media’ solutions and has always revelled in practicing hands-on PR and sponsorship.

 

 
Rachel Raeburn

Account Manager

Rachel heads up the Citrus PR Lifestyle Division, which includes a portfolio of Singapore based and international accounts in the ‘Lifestyle’ sector. Existing clients are in the food & beverage, publishing, home appliances and fitness/lifestyle areas.

Since joining the company in 2009, Rachel has been strategically involved in managing several high-profile agency accounts, which include The World Gourmet Summit 2010, an annual gastronomic event; The Body Show, an exhibition of the human anatomy - and the Sawadee.com Regatta 2010, Koh Samui's leading sailing & lifestyle event.

Prior to joining Citrus PR, Rachel was a writer for The Peak and Eat magazines in Singapore, as well as a contributor to various Lifestyle publications. Her experience in journalism, gives her the edge in understanding the media’s mindset and approach. She also has also gained experience with two other boutique public relations firms.

Throughout her career, Rachel has built a close rapport with the media and relishes the creative process of account servicing and taking personal ownership of each brand she represents.

 
 
Dayah Hassan
Norhidayah Hassan
Digital Media Communications

Dayah is an experienced digital media communicator with an extensive knowledge of website, blog and digital platform development. She regularly manages on-line marketing campaigns, virtual newsletters and mobile marketing initiatives. Dayah is an expert in web optimization, with a sound understanding of SEO and search engine workings.

Dayah graduated from Salford University (UK) with a BSc in Information Technology and also spent seven years in Application Engineering and Software Development positions.


 
Sim Siew NoiSim Siew Noi
Public Relations Executive

Noi provides PR support to the team at Citrus PR, which includes media pitching/liaison, development of target media lists and supporting at media and launch events. Savvy with social media tools, Noi understands 'modern' public relations techniques.

Prior to joining Citrus PR, Noi spent two years with a boutique PR agency where she co-managed clients in the beauty and F&B sector. Her experience of lifestyle accounts, coupled with her pleasant disposition and upbeat attitude, make her a vital team member of the Citrus PR Lifestyle team.
